I’m Scott D. Bird, a Florida-based attorney focused on helping everyday people navigate debt, housing disputes, and consumer issues. Before shifting my focus to consumer advocacy, I spent years working for banks, landlords, and homeowners associations. That background gave me insight into how the system works—and how to push back when it doesn’t treat people fairly. Today, I use that experience to stand up for clients who deserve a second chance or simply a fair shake.

Outside the office, I enjoy gardening, playing intramural kickball, and—like many of us—occasionally getting hooked on a good streaming series. I believe in keeping things grounded and relatable, and I bring that same mindset to my legal practice.
